On a rooftop overlooking the Sunset Strip, we served as the catering consultant for Chef Helen An for her first wedding, first big catering event actually. As the consultant, we were hired by the client to bring in the best chef to fulfill their dreams; flights of hors d'oeurves to flow all night with a Fire and Ice Station to really dig in during the dinner hour. We were nominated by Special Events Magazine for this extrodinary affair in an international competition.
