Los Angeles has a long and storied history filled with iconic cinema sets, scandals, and glamorous parties spanning from the Golden Age of Hollywood to the Digital Age of internet influencers. Amidst this ever-evolving landscape, one landmark has stood the test of time, witnessing all the trends pop culture has had to offer: Greystone Mansion.

Guests entering an event at Greystone are greeted with a massive 18-acre property featuring antique gardens alight with blooming flowers and a beautiful grass lawn adorned with a gorgeous antique fountain, Santa Monica sandstone banisters, and a stunning white rose garden perfect for a wedding ceremony.

At the crest of the Hollywood hillside stands the mansion’s original Pool House, which remains since the house’s construction in 1928. The pool itself has since been cemented and covered in beautiful brickwork. Worry not, this alteration has created a sun-soaked terrace surrounded by tall trees, making it the ideal space for springtime gatherings, summer celebrations, and open-air dining. An interesting feature unknown to the general audience is the balcony atop the pool house, designed to host a live band to accompany your guest’s dining experience.

Below that, in the shadow of the rose gardens, sits the cypress lane. If you look closely, you’ll recognize it from countless movies and shows such as House. This Italian-inspired slate path is flanked by towering cypress trees, with one side dominated by imported Roman antiquities and the other offering a banistered overlook of the entire 1920s estate. The cypress lane is the perfect location for event photography, be it for engagement photos or capturing wedding memories on your perfect day.

Down at the mansion itself sits the entirety of Greystone Mansion, whose exterior features a wide inner courtyard. This slate drive is surrounded by beautiful 1920s architecture, encapsulating the opulence of Prohibition-era America. The courtyard circles a gorgeous fountain, acting as the centerpiece for a wide and spacious dining area ideal for corporate galas, receptions, car shows, and charity drives.

Exiting the courtyard, you will pass an elegant foyer and round the estate’s impressive front entrance, where you will find a lily pad-strewn reflection pond perfect for cocktail hours and couples photos. From this point, you will find the estate’s high terrace overlooking Beverly Hills. Time the weather right, and you can see the Pacific Ocean and even catch a glimpse of Catalina Island. On the terrace, you can hold a high-end luxury dining experience beneath the stars, where your guests can dance the night away and, should you book it, enter the mansion itself through the windowed card room.
