Let’s Taco’ About This Vegan Taco Bell Cake

We recently had a client order this super fun Taco Bell cake from our very own in-house baker. It was super fun and 100% vegan.  Who knew? Filled with all of the fun famous things you go to Taco Bell for, such as Nacho Cheese, Crunchwrap,  Supreme and Cinnamon Twist, and of course, tacos!

It was super fun and colorful, and tasted delicious, an absolute hit.  

What makes a vegan cake? The key to creating a delicious vegan cake is figuring out what to substitute. For example, applesauce can be used as well as one tablespoon of flax seeds and three tablespoons of water can be the equivalent of using one one egg.

How to come up with fun cake ideas of your own? Get crazy. We were thinking about late night snacks and what people like to eat. For this particular client, it was tacos! More specifically, Taco Bell. 

Zak Wild, a guitar player for Ozzy Osbourne, loves PB&J at night, so for him we made him a peanut butter and jelly sandwich themed cake.
